Refunds must be applied for within 7 days of receipt of items unless the item is faulty. Only items in perfect unworn condition with all tags attached are eligible for a refund.
Once the garment has been inspected and approved, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account.
We Are The Others will not reimburse or compensate for lost packages. We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
