All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault. (Please note 'sale items' are any styles that have been discounted from the original RRP). Returns for a genuine flaw of the product will be made on a case by case basis which will be reviewed by SUBOO.
