• Items/orders purchased through a discount/promotional code are final sale and not applicable for a refund or exchange
• Items/orders purchased at full price are eligible to be returned for a refund
• Return shipping costs is the customers responsibility, unless the item is faulty
• Faulty items can be returned for a refund, or a replacement. We can also offer to cover the cost of repairing the item if necessary.
